Membership of the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Scheme
consists of all providers of Telecommunications Services who have signed the
Deed Poll
. Providers of Telecommunications Services may join the Scheme as new members at any time. Scheme membership, and the benefits of such membership, shall commence and fees shall be payable from the date the relevant party provides an executed Deed Poll to the Scheme Agent. Details on joining can be found in the
Scheme Terms of Reference
.
Telecommunication Service Providers do not need to be a member of the TCF to be a member of the Scheme.
If a Scheme Member ceases to provide Telecommunications Services in
New Zealand
, the
Council
will direct the Scheme Agent to give the Scheme Member 60 Working Days' notice of removal from the Scheme.
