Regulated Customer Transfer Code

The Code is applicable to all Service Providers and Access Service Deliverers who participate in the Transfer of Telecommunications Services.  This Code is not intended to impact on other parties who do not have obligations under this Code.

Non-regulated Customer Transfer Code

The following organisations are signatories to the non-regulated code:

• TelstraClear
• Vodafone New Zealand
