Service Providers

Under the Customer Transfer Code, all telecommunications service providers are required to provide their contact details to the TCF so that those details can be made available to all other service providers.  This is to assist with the customer transfer process.

A service provider is defined as any person providing a telecommunication service to an end use customer and who has the billing relationship with the customer for that service.
