Customer Information

The TCF Mobile Messaging Services Code is a voluntary code and is effective from 14 March 2011. Signatories to this Code are listed here.

Billing or Network Enqiries 

Customers should contact their Telecommunications Service Provider, Content Service Provider or Content Provider who invoices them for their SMS service. A party to the Mobile Messaging Services code can be any combination of the above mentioned parties.

Service Enquiries

Customers should contact their Content Service Provider/Aggregator or Content Provider who invoices them for their SMS service. A party to the Mobile Messaging Services code can be any combination of the above mentioned parties.

Advertising Enquiries

Customers should contact the New Zealand Advertising Standards Authority (0800 234 357) should they have any enquries relating to Advertising.
