Telecommunications Privacy Code

The Privacy Act sets out 12 information privacy principles.  The Telecommunications Information Privacy Code 2003 sets out the rules which modify the application of the information privacy principles, prescribes how the principles are to be applied or complied with and applies some principles without modification.
