SMS Partners

As a result of Mobile Number Portability (MNP), there are providers of Short Message Services (SMS), that require access to a list of ported mobile numbers.  In order to begin discussions with the TCF to gain access to IPMS, please review the guidelines contained in the following link and ensure the required pre-requisites are met.
