Outage notifications


Spark has a Planned Major Outage which is due to commence at 12pm Saturday the 14th October. It is estimated the outage will last for up to 42 hours, we are targeting for systems to return to normal service at approximately 7.00am Monday 16th October

It is advisable any current future dated orders due to start and/or complete from 11am Saturday the 14th October to 12.00pm Monday the 16th October will be required to be future dated.

This outage is related to both Local and Mobile Porting impacting fibre, wireless broadband, PSTN voice, broadband and mobile services. Porting orders in and out will be impacted and Network updates will not be done.
