Outage notifications

2Degrees Mobile is undertaking some internal work that will impact both IPMS and TNAS porting between 16th – 22nd Feb.
IPMS: Our automation is going offline between the 16th and 22nd Feb. However we are prepared to manually respond to Port Out requests and Network Updates. During the IPMS SLA hours of 8-6, Mon-Sat, our team will be here to manually respond to all ports – so please be aware that there may be some delays during this time.Any porting that exceeds the average may also face delays – so please be prepared to give us notice if you are planning anything during this time.
TNAS: We will be unable to process Network Updates for TNAS ports for a 14 hours period between the 20th and 22nd Feb. The majority of this outage will be overnight, however the exact times are subject to change at present.
