A revised version of the Disconnection Code has now been endorsed by the TCF Board.
The revised code has been updated to align with the latest Emergency Voice Calling Services Code calling obligations and to incorporate requirements for code signatory compliance under the TCF’s Code Compliance Framework.
The Code, which was originally completed in 2008, sets out the principles and guidelines which telecommunications providers should comply with in developing operating and applying disconnection policies for residential customers.
