These determinations replace the 2012 information disclosure requirements and are required under the Telecommunications Act 2001. The requirements have been updated to reflect the new Ultrafast Broadband 2 and Ultrafast Broadband 2 extension initiatives. The Commission has also made minor changes to:
- reflect recent technical clarifications and current exemptions;
- improve the workability of the determinations; and
- reduce unnecessary compliance costs.
