What it is

This document provides technical standards for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Interconnection between network operators.

Purpose

The purpose of the IP Interconnection Technical Standards is to provide a baseline Network-to-Network Interconnection (NNI) standard that enables New Zealand network operators to interconnect IP networks, primarily for the carriage of VoIP calls.
